2. Bookings can only be confirmed 10-days prior to arrival
3. A credit card number must be supplied to guarantee the booking
4. Requests must be emailed to reservation-zanzibar@theresidence.com
5. Higher villa category requests will be quoted the applicable Best Available Rate
6. Cancellations will be subject to policy as outlined in the booking confirmation
7. The resort may cancel a booking on trade rates, in case of overbooking, 48-hours prior to arrival
8. Rates are applicable to Airline Staff, TO’s (not contracted) & Media. Proof of professional ID must be sent with booking
9. Children are accommodated on roll-away beds which are not comfortable for persons older than 12 yrs.
