Sibani Lodge is an exclusive wilderness lodge nestled in the idyllic nature reserve of Mt Savannah. Mount Savannah Game Reserve is a mere hour’s drive from Sandton, Johannesburg.

Home to a large array of wildlife including giraffe, red hartebeest, kudu, impala, zebra and an impressive variety of bird life, flora and fauna.

The accommodation comprises of 4 guest cottages, within walking distance from the main lodge. Cottages boast high thatch roofs, fireplaces, outdoor wood-fired hot tub and sun decks from which to appreciate the view over the landscape.

Sibani offers a main lodge, with dining room, lounge and outdoor swimming pool, to be enjoyed by all in-house guests.

The luxury tent camp is situated 4.5km from the main lodge, with 5 accommodation tents and a communal tented boma, where guests can gather for an invigorating breakfast, a lazy afternoon drink or hearty dinner around the fire.

The accommodation tents are designed to give you a sense of escaping from city life, but still offering touches of comfort, such as en suite bathroom and hotel standard furniture, encapsulated in soft solar lighting.

STANDARD COTTAGE & SUPERIOR COTTAGE – One Standard Cottage (Impala Cottage) and one Superior Cottage (Springbok Cottage) which are adjacent to one another and positioned a little way from the lodge to ensure additional privacy, but proximity to the main lodge and the communal outdoor swimming pool.

The Standard & Superior Cottages are similar in design and layout and each cottage accommodates 2 people at a time. The Superior Cottage is however slightly bigger, offering a larger outside deck and the option of adding a third occupant at additional cost.

Both cottages offer a bedroom which is open plan with sitting area and dining table. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and bathtub overlooking the surrounding bush. There are no televisions in the cottages, but both cottages have access to wifi. Cottages have high thatch roofs and temperature is regulated by a ceiling fan and fireplace.

The Standard Cottage & Superior Cottage each boast an outdoor wood-fired hot tub!

LUXURY TENTS AT SIBANI – Located 3.3km from the main lodge, but there is a communal boma at the tent camp, where meals may be enjoyed.

Our Luxury Tents have been designed to ensure you have a blissfully relaxing bush experience. Tents do not have access to a television, but there is wifi access available at the communal tented boma.

The Luxury Tents have solar electrical supply, which allows for some lighting as well as charging of cell phones and laptops inside the Luxury Tents. No other electrical devices are supported in the Luxury Tents.

The Luxury Tents have hotel standard beds dressed in white percale linen. Additional furnishings are bed side tables, dressing table, and comfortable couch.

Each Luxury Tent has its own en- suite bathroom with natural touches of canvas, reed and slate tile floor. Bathroom includes toilet, basin and warm water shower.

There are no self-catering facilities at Sibani Lodge or at Sibani Luxury Tents. Guests are welcome to pre-book additional set meals at additional cost. We cannot accommodate dietary restrictions on short notice.

Each Luxury Tent has its own open-air wood-fired hot tub. We include the first bag of wood and guests are welcome to buy additional wood on site.

LUXURY COTTAGES AT SIBANI – Named Kudu & Sable are the latest addition to Sibani’s accommodation offering and surpass our other accommodation in size, quality, and vistas.

Kudu and Sable Cottage are adjacent one another and are located 75m away from the lodge, making it near enough to enjoy the communal swimming pool and lounge area of the main lodge, but far enough to ensure more privacy and unobstructed views.

The two cottages are a mirror image of each other, each unit with one king size bed that can convert to twin beds. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower with views over the surrounding veld. The bedroom, sitting area and dining table are open plan. There are no televisions in the cottages, but both cottages have access to wifi. Cottages have high thatch roofs and temperature is regulated by a ceiling fan and fireplace.

The outside also does not disappoint, with its offering of large wooden deck, sun loungers and outdoor wood-fired hot tub!

MEALS AT SIBANI – We go the exra mile to give guests a culinary experience that’s bound to turn into a lasting memory.

• The room rate includes breakfast (served, not buffet)
  Sibani Lodge and Sibani Luxury Tents accommodation do not offer self-catering / self-braai facilities.
  Sibani Lodge does not have a restaurant. We welcome guests to pre-book a set lunch and/or a set dinner with us at additional cost. Meal bookings need to be booked and confirmed 24 hours in advance.
  Sibani guests need to inform us at least 3 days prior to arrival about any dietary requirements/ preferences, as we cannot accommodate special diets on short notice.
  Meals can be served privately at your room / luxury tent or at the communal dining area.

Wellness Treatments – Book a revitalising massage or treatment to enjoy at the Luxury Tented Camp. Visitors are welcome and can pre-book their treatment for the day.

* Please note, Sibani Lodge does not have a spa. Treatments are offered to guests in their rooms or in a comfortable location on-site.
