The only one-bedroom rental villa on the south coast of Sri Lanka, Kikili Beach is perfectly situated, tucked away from the road so only the sound of the ocean can be heard.

BEACH LIFE – Kikili Beach House comprises one large, air conditioned, sumptuous bedroom with shower bathroom ensuite. Quality linen, feather pillows, good towels and local amenities go without saying. There is a pull out mattress with the same quality bedding for children if so needed.

There is plenty of space in the sitting room and garden for a family but primarily it’s for two. We are flexible of course and welcome families who are happy to sleep in one room!

POOL & AMBALAMBA – There is a good small pool which is deep so keeps cool, an Ambalamba (place to rest) in the garden with double bed to watch the ocean, turtles bobbing and sunsets, swing seat and hammock, sunloungers and plenty of shade.

Basically we hope we have thought of everything you want for nothing. It’s private, and a well kept secret.

FOOD & DRINK – The owner, Henri Tatham, has lived in Sri Lanka and owned the property for 15 years and had the same wonderful House Manager/Chef, the delightful Kumara, who tends the guest needs with discretion and style – nothing is too much trouble for him or Henri and your stay here is delightful.

Kumara will do a welcome shop and present the guest with the bill so the kitchen is well stocked on arrival. We are food lovers and he is an excellent cook, and knows where all the best fresh seafood comes from, homemade breads, organic salads etc.
