Facility Usage: Victoria’s parking, dockage, lounge furniture, gardens, fire pit, and related food & beverage amenities are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

Alcohol: Victoria Waterfront Estate license allows to sell and serve beer, wine, and champagne to registered guests. Guests are not allowed to supply or serve their own alcohol. Hard liquor is not permitted on premises unless it is provided by a licensed and insured catering or mixologist, prior coordination and approval by Victoria.

Travelling with Minors: Victoria is a quiet escape & romantic getaway for most guests. Well-behaved children 12 and older are welcome. Children under the age of 12 are welcome in the event of a whole-house rental.

Weddings & Event Space: Victoria proffers a lavish east garden with a stately oak tree and river views before moving into the western garden. Here, Magnolia and palm trees are complemented by warm, romantic lighting. The brick-paved courtyard is enhanced through a charming fountain and pond. Guests will be enthralled by the cleverly tucked away speakeasy experience and accompanying garden spaces.
