This 2 Bedroom town house is situated in Balaia which is in between Albufeira and Olhos De Aqua. Its a short drive to the old town or the more lively area of the strip. There are plenty of local restaurants and bars within a short walk as well as the beach.
Balaia residence is a privately owned condominium build to an excellent standard, with electric gated access . Our 2 bedroom house benefits from 3 terraced areas, outside kitchen area with gas BBQ, Mini fridge and sink, private front garden leading onto beautiful large gardens, swimming pool with a separate children’s pool.
There is a child’s play area situated away from the main pool and gardens. The back terraces and the bedroom terrace get the sun from early morning to mid afternoon. The front terrace gets the sun from mid afternoon until sunset. The house has air-conditioning, electric shutters, a contemporary design throughout.
Ideally placed for golf, restaurants, shops and the 5 star spa resort. This is a small relaxing complex with only a few available for holiday lettings. There is also lots of space to park.

As you enter the property you have a few steps that take you down into the open plan lounge and dining area, each of these rooms have patio doors which take you into your own garden with sun loungers and the outside kitchen/ BBQ area, which is great for relaxing by the large shared pool.
Main Bedroom: has a super king XL bed, air conditioning, dressing table, as well as a large balcony that has a table and chairs which is great for your morning coffee .
2nd Bedroom: has 2 larger than standard single beds, dressing table and air conditioning. We do provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost should you need them please advise us on booking.
The house has one bathroom with a bath and over head shower, there is also a toilet downstairs, The kitchen is well equipped should you want to make use of the outside kitchen.
Parking: There is parking on the driveway as well as in the condominium which is gated.
Stays of longer than 7 days will include a bedlinen and towel change.
Guest access – The whole house is all yours during your stay. You will be met by our property managers on arrival you will show you around the property.

Check out time is 10am although we will be flexible depending on bookings.
We will require as per the Portugal law some personal details before you arrive, so please look out for a email with the requirements required a week before you are due to arrive.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of 2 euros per per person, per night of stay for all guests aged 12 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before your arrival and is not included in the quoted generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
