Villa Priene is a Family friendly Villa Priene with a gated entrance, parking, gardens, private pool, huge stone BBQ and bar with fridge.

The sun deck has amazing views across the bays and spacious to enjoy the sun or the shade, accompanied by a welcome breeze. The sun rooms sliding windows convert into a sheltered chill out area.

As the owner, I stay in a nearby villa and am available to help with your queries or recommend places to go, ensuring that every need is catered for, so you can Sit back, relax and unwind! I have 2 great English speaking private drivers, whom you can hire, if you don’t wish to drive or you can use a local taxi.

Wifi is up to 12Mbps, there are 3 firesticks on the TVs (with Netflix) and 2 Alexa music boxes for you to enjoy.

On the ground floor it has an open plan kitchen, water cooler, a dining and living area (double height ceiling) with 3 sets of patio doors leading onto tiled covered terrace, with table and 6 chairs, overlooking pool and sea views.

The utility/storage room houses the washing machine. Beds 2 and 3 are on the ground floor as is the family bathroom. The marble staircase from the living room leads to the master suite and galleria area with access to extensive wooden sun deck and mezzanine sun area. The master bedroom has en-suite and great views.

Fantastic walking, rowing boat hire, diving, windsurf hire, go-karting, camel and horse riding, thermal spas, snorkeling over ancient pottery, boat trips to wonderful bays and islands – all nearby.
