Deluxe King 1 Bedroom – living room windows that light up the room and views of the mountains. There is a pull-out couch for two additional guests. The bedroom is equipped with a King bed, comfortable linens, and access to an over-sized balcony overlooking Palm Canyon Drive. They also feature a custom kitchen and private bath with walk-in shower.

Superior King 1 Bedroom – stunning views of the mountains from two balconies within steps of the central pool, spa and grill. The living room offers access to a private balcony, and access to a smaller balcony also with mountain views, a pull-out couch for two additional guests.

The Penthouse – our most sought-after accommodation for couples and events with its over-sized wrap-around deck with Mountain views and historic gas-powered Tiki torches overlooking Palm Canyon Drive and Via Lola.

The bedroom features a second access to the deck, and is equipped with a king size bed and air mattress, TV for watching DVDs, working desk and a generous amount of closet space.

The Residence – oversized private deck decorated with the building’s iconic Tiki torches, modern furniture and hedges. This unit has King beds, a full kitchen, access points to the deck from each bedroom and the living room.
