The “Terraza das Quitandas” is separated from the beach by an outdoor garden, has a reading and games room equipped with an “honesty bar”, where to the quiet sound of the choice between a chill-out or bossa nova, can start in some of the traditional board games like the M’pale or Chadji.

It also has two balconies, one of them, “balcony of the Indian”, a true idyllic setting. The second, facing the inner courtyard, gives it a more private atmosphere.

An internal courtyard, and a magnificent terrace of 150 m2, which allows you a total view of the Island and where you can alternate between a magnificent sunset and an unforgettable night in the moonlight.

The six individually decorated suites offer you all the comfort in an air-conditioned environment with king size or twin beds, private bathroom, and plenty of space.

The goal of the Terrace of the Wastelands is that its guests enjoy all this unique infrastructure based on the differentiated and inimitable concept of well-being and receiving.

Breakfast – The continental-style breakfast is served in a comfortable and friendly family atmosphere with a variety ranging from fruit to breads, cakes and cereals.

Tours – Walking tours to the Island of Mozambique, accompanied by an accredited tour guide, where you can visit the Palace of S. Paulo, the Museum of Sacred Art, the Hindu Temple, and the Fortress of S. Sebastião.

Beauty Salon – We can organize in your suite or at the top of the terrace, a relaxing massage session (1h), allowing you to enjoy the secular makua wisdom of harmonizing the body with the mind.

Travels – Approximately an hour’s drive away, the Terrace of the Greengrocers offers you the possibility of a Historical tour to Cabaceiras, where you can see the Church of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios (the first temple that the Dominicans raised in Mozambique in 1579), and the ruins of the Governor’s Summer Palace (1765), ending with a lunch on the magnificent Carrusca beach.

The guests also have a sailing boat, Dhow, the “Gagicasse-White Arrow”, which allows you to perform in a completely traditional environment, unforgettable tours to the paradisiac islands of Goa and Sete-Paus
