Welcome to Spirit Mountain. Our mission is to create a supportive and nurturing environment, inspiring individuals to connect with their own truth. A special place for personal and spiritual growth.
Spirit Mountain Retreat offers a home-like atmosphere. The inspired environment combines with the beauty of nature to provide a place that supports individuals in deepening their understanding of the issues facing our world and participating in the shift in consciousness required for change.
Main House – four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a meditation room, a common kitchen/living room area, and a fireplace.
Hill House – our primary meeting space for community groups, classes, and hosted retreats. In addition to a meeting space with AV equipment, Internet, bathroom, and convenient parking nearby, the Hill House can accommodate up to 20 in a meeting setting. A small, private bedroom with private access to the full bath is adjacent and is generally reserved for meeting facilitators.
Hildegard’s Hermitage – a two-story apartment with bedroom/study area, living area, a kitchenette, and small private deck. It is a lovely environment especially suited for sabbatical and extended times of retreat.
The Contemplative Garden invites guests to breathe in the serenity, sights, and sounds of Earth and breathe out gratitude. It offers a place for writing, walking meditation, and being embraced by the presence and silence of the natural world.
The Meditation Room is a place to deepen spiritual practice, prayer, meditation, and to enjoy inner quiet in the present moment.
Individual Private Retreat – Retreat is a time to awaken to your inner story, letting it open you to a larger, mythic story. It is a time to cultivate that which brings you more alive and to soften and release that which holds you back from embracing your basic goodness.
In the quiet, serene atmosphere of Spirit Mountain Retreat you begin to relax and come home to the natural world and your place in it. This is a time to deepen awareness and consciousness of the Divine Presence permeating all of life. Through practices such as meditation, dream work, music, art and journaling, you may come to a greater appreciation of your soul’s journey, honoring it with compassion and gentleness.
Meeting for spiritual guidance while you are on retreat can also help guide your time of reflection and quiet.
Scheduling – Retreats can be scheduled for an overnight, during the week/weekend, and for longer periods of time. Spiritual guidance is available.
Personal retreat stays range from $110-145/night depending on which room and number of persons. $50 per hour spiritual guidance
