Policies and Procedures

Check-in/Check-out – The standard check in time is 14:00 PM in the afternoon, the early check in for the rooms will be provided subject to rooms availability. The checkout willbe at 12:00 PM in the in the afternoon.

Transportation – We offer a convenient meet and greet service at Velana International Airport. Upon arrival, please proceed to counter number D17. Our airport representative will be there to assist you and direct you to the speed boat for your transfer to the hotel.

• Return Transfer charges:

Cancellation / No Show Policy:

• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival shall be without penalty.
• Cancellations made 14 days before arrival %50 of accommodation only
• Cancellations made 7 – 0 days before arrival %100 of accommodation only
• No Show & Early Departures will be charged 100% of the accommodation only.
• Cancellations made on arrival will be considered as Show
