Located in Gosier, Bas du Fort, 800m from the Marina, in the center of the island, therefore very practical for visiting the island.
The nearest beach is just two kilometers from the bottom of the fort. Just two kilometers from the ferry terminal, you can go to Dominica, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes or Martinique.
The residence is surrounded by the forest with local fauna, we receive visits from raccoons in the evening and hummingbirds, there are also cats. Racoon Lodge is close to town and all marina amenities; restaurants, supermarkets, but also the high life, clubs and discos and live music.
The property is an old house that has been gradually transformed by its owner Angela, an artist who has created an original and zen atmosphere, each room is unique.
You can also visit Angela’s Art Gallery which is located on site. In the evening you can have Karaoke or listen to Angela sing, or a Zen evening listening to the music of the tropical forest or soft music, or have an aperitif while getting a massage in the therapeutic bath next to the waterfall.
The airport is only 8 km away and the industrial area of Jarry is 6 minutes by car for those who come on business trips. You avoid traffic jams to get to downtown Gosier at rush hour.
Rooms: All have a different decor and an original bathroom. The large terrace, the swimming pool, and its Sun-deck, the therapeutic bath area next to the waterfall
Breakfast is served on the terrace, overlooking the forest with a view of the mountains of Basse-terre, dinner possible: reservation the day before.
