Ko Lanta
is an island ideally situated in Krabi, one of the southern provinces in Thailand. Koh Lanta is made of two islands; Koh Lanta Noi and Koh Lanta Yai. If you come by road from the mainland you travel across Koh Lanta Noi on the way to Koh Lanta Yai. (Koh Lanta Noi have no tourist facilities.) Ban Saladan on the northern tip of the island is where most visitors arrive on the island.
