Mountain Manor’s Stylish Guest House and Superior Executive Apartment Suites offer a variety of accommodation options to suit your budget and your requirements.

Our historic Cape Colonial Style Buildings are ideally situated in the quiet leafy suburb of Oranjezicht, on the lower slopes of Table Mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only a ten minute walk through the scenic Company Gardens, to the city center.

Many of Cape Town’s major attractions, like Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Robben Island Museum, Clifton Beach and Camps Bay Beach are all no more than a five to ten minute drive away. A variety of unique restaurants and pubs, as well as the Gardens Shopping Center, are right on our doorstep.

The Guest House has 12 rooms in total: 5 Standard Rooms and 7 Superior Rooms, all with bathrooms en-suite.

Our Self-Catering suites are 5 in total: 2 x 2 bedroomed apartments, 3 x 1 bed roomed apartments.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, right down to our quality bed linen and towelling. Extra length King and Three Quarter size beds are also available. All rooms contain: Television, Hair dryers.

All of our guests have the pleasure of enjoying all of our communal spaces and guest options of breakfasts, dinners, drinks from our bar and help with booking your tours and excursions around Cape Town.

Executive Self Catering Suites – Stylish Affordable Executive self-catering accommodation. Panoramic views of Table Mountain, within walking distance of Cape Town city. Situated in Harrow House, a Majestic Cape Heritage Mansion dating back to 1852, situated on the lower slopes of Table Mountain, within easy access of all Cape Town’s major tourist attractions.

There are seven self-catering apartments to choose from. Our Serengeti apartment is situated in the Serengeti Apartment block right next door to the Mountain Manor property.

Guest Facilities:

THE LIME GARDEN This stone-paved Garden is private and quiet. Seated roman chairs and tables, potted plants, and greenery – lend to the totally relaxed feeling that this area delivers. A water feature tinkles on the ear. It is also tented over with romantic lighting for any special occasion.

THE BAR & DINING ROOM This room is in the middle of the Entertainment section of the Guest House and flows into the Lime Garden and is a large sunny room with French doors opening out onto the garden. It also has a double-sided fireplace for a roaring fire during those not-so-warm days. It is adjacent to the bar which is ideal for drinks.

THE POOLSIDE We have a lovely round 8 seater table, white lounge suite, and two bar height tables and chairs around the pool s well as 4 pool loungers. There is a built-in braai available to you as well. The Lime Garden flows long towards the pool area which is located in front of Harrow House. The entire area can be tented over for private occasions.

THE POOLSIDE BRAAI We have a lovely round 8 seater table, white lounge suite, and two bar height tables and chairs around the pool s well as 4 pool loungers. FRONT PORCH Our sunny capturing front porch is the ideal place to read the morning paper, catch up with friends or have a breather before you head out exploring. All of our spaces are mostly wheelchair friendly.
