Koh Tao is a small island, but it is full of wonderful experiences! There are so many things to do like snorkelling, Scuba, diving, hiking, or renting a motorbike, or quad (four wheel all terrain vehicle) to explore, there is a vibrant night life, with fire dancing & music, and BBQ’s on the beach…

The “Upper” Villa is our premier two bedroom villa, the most beautiful, romantic, and fun place to stay on Koh Tao! The “Upper” has a huge master bedroom, the main living room, the round bathroom, along with the huge, award winning private infinity edge swimming pool & deck. There is a bridge to the roof (Jump into the pool, if you dare!), and the beautiful, tropical grounds.

The master bedroom has a king size “flying” bed, a 50″ flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player & library, Wi-Fi ADSL internet access (always free), air-con, & the best views on Koh Tao, all a short 3-5min. walk (or a quick free drive to anywhere you want to go!) down the hill to Sairee beach, the longest & most popular beach on Koh Tao…

The “Upper” has a second big air-con bedroom with full size bed, and an additional fold out couch bed, available at no extra charge. There is a carp and giant catfish pond with a small waterfall, just outside of the master bedroom window, and some fish food for hand feeding them, if you like… I promise you a wonderful time!

The “Lower” villa suite features – a huge living/entertaining room and wonderful views. The “Lower” villa suite has one master bedroom with double bed, air-con, 50″ flat HDTV with satellite

There is also a sleeper couch in the fan only living room, available at no extra charge. The “Lower” villa suite does not include swimming pool access, unless it has been booked as part of the whole house (both “Upper” & “Lower), but does include our famous 24 hour courtesy car and driver service to anywhere you want to go, including beautiful bays and beaches, some accessible only by four wheel drive!

The “Bougainvillea” villa – has two main, air-con (and fan) bedrooms, each with a full size bed, 42″ flatscreen TV & satellite, & ADSL Wi-Fi internet access

There is also a big (fan only) loft, accessible by a ladder, that has two extra mattresses for additional guests to sleep, if needed. There is an award winning private, infinity edge swimming pool, with a water fall and colored lights at night…

There is a small kitchen with fridge, cook top, and utensils, like a blender, pots and pans, cups, plates, cutlery, etc… There is also a little private yard with a picnic table. The “Bougainvillea” villa is perfect for Families and groups of up to six.

The “Gardenia” villa is our newest villa – 5 big air con bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and kitchen, in a huge and beautiful three story home, with stunning sea views from every floor.

Perfect for Families and larger groups, but still very comfortable for a couple. The “Gardenia” villa has a big private swimming pool, with color changing lights at night, a chair swing hanging over the water, a sun deck with loungers, and a private yard, all built into the natural granite boulders of Koh Tao.

There is a living/dining room and a kitchen on the first and third floor, and a bathroom on all three floors. There is a spiral staircase to the second level, and all 3 levels each have their own entrances.

Services – Guests enjoy our 24 hr personal service, for driving you where & when you want to go, to helping to order meals, massages, or other “special” requests, we are here to facilitate your perfect holiday experience.

Free high speed WiFi internet access is also provided to all of our guests.

A 24 hour, courtesy driver service to anywhere on Koh Tao, including remote snorkeling bays, some accessible only by four wheel drive! Daily (or on request) housekeeping, linens shower and beach towels, toiletries, and more are always included at no extra charge.

When you check-in, you will be given a courtesy local mobile phone with credit, and all the important numbers already in it, including restaurants, your driver (Steve or Mo), and many other activities and options.
