Kiss Bali Villa is located in well known Seminyak and Petitenget area. Consisting of 7 private and Unique design Villas. The inspiration behind KISS emerged with our desire to offer an ultra swank experience, away from the cookie cutter designs, for international Jetsetters escaping to the island of Bali.

Influences of 70′s glam, echoing the glamorous style of the 70′s with sleek architecture and 21st Century design, turns the villa stay into a journey into nostalgia experience.

Seminyak and Petitenget are on the west coast of Bali is the place for fine dining, fancy shops and plenty of luxury vacation villas, it has rapidly become one to the most well-known tourist area on the island. Restaurants, bars and clubs blurs in the eat street of Seminyak and Petitenget.

These areas have also a good range of places to stay, from luxurious villas to world class resorts .This area is also the start of villa land, which runs north from here through the vanishing rice fields. Nowadays there are more tourists visiting this popular resident of expatriates. The atmosphere in Seminyak is sophisticated and laid-back.

The beach in Seminyak and Petitenget is as deep and sandy as in Kuta but less crowded during the day. Sunset on the beach in these areas is a big attraction. While having a drink in a cafe with sea view, approximately around 6pm every day, sunset in Seminyak and Petitenget is breath taking.

One of the main stopping point for public beach in Seminyak and Petitenget area is at The temple “Pura Petitenget” at the beachside of Jalan Petitenget, built since at least the 16th century. This pretty temple is known for spectacular beach side ceremonies. Along the road will lead you to Jalan laksaman (formerly known as jalan Oberoi).

These streets are home to dozens of absolutely fabulous and unique boutiques, clothing stores, restaurants and the new Seminyak square mall. It’s quite expensive but still cheap for European standards. With the nice sandy beach, innumerable 5 stars restaurants, bars, clubs, luxurious villas and trendy shops, Seminyak and Petitenget areas feels like another island in Bali.
