The dining room, with its crisp white linen, elegant tableware and glasses, is transformed, as the lights are dimmed for intimate candlelit dinners. The menu, with its blend of International and local flavours, is further enhanced by the freshly picked herbs and ‘greens’ from the lodges own ‘veggie’ patch.
The cuisine is tastefully prepared by our team of chefs and is served with an air of sophistication and a selection of premium local wines. Prepare yourself for a unique ‘journey of the senses’.
Tea and coffee are served in the lounge or on the patio, or choose from the selection of after dinner liqueurs, brandy and whiskeys amidst the warm and social buzz of conversation, reflecting on the sights and experiences of the day.
