DINING:

BREAKFAST ANYWHERE ANYTIME – day or night, with our signature ‘breakfast, anywhere, anytime’. That means you can have breakfast by the pool, in the spa, on the beach, whenever you want. We’ll even bring you breakfast in bed. Of course you can always visit our impressive international buffet for breakfast, but that is morning only.

FIVE DINING ROOM – journey through the various elements, from traditional Vietnamese delicacies, to modern creations and international favourites.

FRESH RESTAURANT – Dining is relaxed and casual here, with a clean-living menu of pizza and pasta, salads, seafood and sandwiches. Next to the pool, and with views over the sparkling ocean, Fresh is ideal for long lazy lunches or sunset dinners in the cool evening breeze.

FUSION CAFÉ HOI AN

Located in the UNESCO Heritage Old Town of Hoi An, Fusion Cafe is fun, fresh, and totally inspired by the flavors and cultures of this incredible town. Sample the deliciously creative range of fresh spring rolls, our infused Asian-inspired soda pops, or enjoy a delicious homemade pastry with Vietnamese coffee. We’ve also got a selfie photo-booth and complimentary bicycles for hire.

MAIA SPA & WELLNESS – Fusion’s famous “all-spa inclusive” concept is something you won’t find outside of our Resorts, and it’s one of the things we’re most proud of. Our extensive spa menu and dedicated spa and wellness facilities are at your disposal, at no extra cost. It’s all included in the room rate.
