The Coconut Husk Restaurant & Bar – Our newly added Hopkins Belize restaurant and beach bar – the Coconut Husk, offers a variety of tasty meals made with local, fresh and organic ingredients, served in a casual and friendly atmosphere right on the beach.
We open at 8 am every day for breakfast, lunch and bar snacks. Dinner from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm, three nights per week (Sunday, Monday & Wednesday).

The swimming is simply awesome! The water is shallow and sandy, with no currents, rocks, seaweed or drop-offs. You need to walk far out into the water before it gets deep. The water is warm, relaxing and very buoyant due to all the salt! You can’t have better swimming conditions!
