Praslin Chalets Cote Mer Hotel is situated on the south coast of Praslin overlooking the beautiful Baie Sainte Anne.

The chalets are perched above the water’s edge set amidst tropical gardens typical of Praslin. The Jetty, where most people arrive on Praslin, is only half a kilometer from the Praslin Chalets Cote Mer Hotel. From the chalets you can relax and watch the boats as they sail in and out of Praslin making this place an ideal holiday in Seychelles. Catcoco will drop you from Mahé or La Digue Island right to its door step. Bus stop nearby, small shops are about 5 minutes by foot.

6 Apartments of 80 m²:
Duplex Style (max. 5 persons) with equipped kitchenette, king-size bed, bunk-beds, living room, coffee/tea making facility, private shower room, ID telephone, hair dryer, safety box, television, fridge and air-conditioning. The bunk beds are at the same level with the master bedroom, separated by a curtain.

4 Superior Rooms of 50 m²:
All spacious with great sea view (2 units have a mezzanine). All our superior rooms have a queen-size bed, shower room, coffee/tea making facility, television, ID telephone, hair dryer, fridge, safety box, air-conditioning.

3 Standard Rooms of 25 m²:
Also with great sea view, the Standard rooms have a queen-size bed, shower room, coffee/tea making facility, television, ID telephone, hair dryer, fridge, safety box, air-conditioning.

Each apartment and each room has a spectacular sea view!
Wireless internet connection is available at the reception during daytime if you have your own laptop computer. 7-days-a-week laundry service.
Guests who have their flight out in the afternoon will find shower facilities here.

The hotel’s own restaurant offers excellent Creole and international food, with a fantastic view.
Lovers of fine food will enjoy the cooking here – the French owner, René Parmantier, has made a name as an adept chef. There’s no beach but snorkelling is excellent.

There is also a swimming pool with chill-out area for you to use!

Daily cleaning with bath towels changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days.
Baby cots are available free of charge, they can be used only in superior rooms or in apartments.

With a total fleet of 15 vehicles Aventure promises you a smooth and comfortable ride around Praslin. Clients can book a small Manuel or automatic car Hyundai i10 or Kia Picanto or slightly bigger car with more space a Daihatsu sirion.

On offer we also have Kia Soul and Daihatsu terios jeep giving a bit more space and comfort.

All our vehicles can take up to 5 adults. We offer a third party insurance and unlimited mileage.
