Casa Veintiuno 21 Boutique Hotel is Ideal for a relaxed and luxurious holiday with a personal service. The intimately defined Boutique B&B Casa Veintiuno offers a distinctive blend of sophisticated design and a modern interior with a personal service.

An elegant and exclusive small complex but exceedingly grand in matters of comfort. Nice atmosphere, trendy, rest and we have our own restaurant.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast in our restaurant overlooking the tropical garden, pool or Gustav Klimt’s paintings. A swim in the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees is perfect to continue your day. In our bar you can enjoy our fresh made cocktails, juices or other drinks.

Our complex can’t be compared with the All Inclusive hotels. We don’t have any animation, no crowd to get you going but a lot of privacy and tranquillity.

The only animation we have are our rescued dogs “Botti”, “Pooka” & “Maximus” and they are part of our family. Botti thinks he’s a life guard and might try to save you while you are swimming in the pool.

If your intention is to relax and enjoy a holiday with personal service where you feel at home and you don’t mind we have 3 dogs, you’ve come to the right place.

We are now more and more aware that people yearn for a different formula and currently there aren’t many luxury Bed & Breakfasts in the Dominican Republic. That is the reason why we have started something completely different.

However, would you like animation and many people around you than you probably won’t like our Boutique B&B. Off course you can always go to the center of Sosua where you will find lots of bars and restaurants.

Restaurant Casa Veintiuno – We are open from Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00PM until 10:00PM.

Located 10 minutes from the airport (Puerto Plata) 15 minutes from Cabarete and 25 minutes from Puerto Plata City.

Playa Sosúa is the main beach, a long, somewhat thin stretch of tawny sand backed by palm trees and often crowded with people.
It is situated at one end of a wide bay, with a long pretty beach and several sandy nooks.

All the beaches here are covered with golden-yellow sand and the calm bay lends itself to snorkelling and scuba diving.

Sosúa is a good alternative to Puerto Plata, with many of the same amenities, but offers more tour options, restaurants, bars and nightlife. It has a large selection of shops and services and is an extraordinary base for exploring the North Coast.
