A fully air-conditioned villa designed for Caribbean living. Akasha combines the best of modern living with the relaxed and content lifestyle. The scale and facilities in the villa means you can enjoy all your homely comforts and more, while relaxing in this exclusive villa.
Our Suites – Akasha offers twelve guests complete privacy. The six suites, all have en-suite facilities featuring Kohler fixtures and Ralph Lauren towels. Porcelain tiling adorns the floors and walls. Granite countertops are fitted throughout. Each suite has individual air conditioning control.
All suites in the villa have spectacular ocean views, their own private terrace, ceiling speakers, fans and dressing area. The Master Suite has a ‘Super King’ bed. All the other suites in the villa are king beds, one of which can be split into a “twin” arrangement.
The suites in the attached apartment have garden views, queen beds and are smaller than those in the villa.
Facilities at Akasha – All suites have access to Akasha’s entertainment system. This allows guests to listen to music and watch movies from Apple and Netflix while relaxing in their suite. High speed WiFi is available throughout the villa and on all terraces.

This means you can relax by the pool with your favourite sounds delivered right from your phone. Choose a movie on Netflix and watch it in your bedroom, the lounge or dedicated home theatre.
Akasha features a full security system, including, an alarm system with remote monitoring, armed response, and complete CCTV system. A generator provides backup power should grid power become unavailable.
Every main room in the villa boasts spectacular sea and land views. Each has huge floor to ceiling windows offering stunning vistas.
Akasha boasts extensive terracing, over 4000sq ft. Each villa bedroom suite offers its own individual outdoor space. Awesome views are also offered from a ‘tiki hut’ adjacent to the infinity pool. Here there is a large Viking BBQ area and swim up pool bar.
Guests will find the best quality fixtures and fittings throughout the villa. Including, Kohler fixtures in every bathroom, Italian leather furniture and custom-made Italian kitchens from Scavolini. Not to mention the Ralph Lauren towels, and leading brand appliances.
Akasha also boasts a 9 seat Theatre with a 110″ screen on which you can stream your favourite movies from Netflix. If watching a movie is not your scene, then utilize the games room and play some pool or a game of poker. For those who want to stay fit there is a spin bike and an elliptical in the Games room.
Low voltage lighting allows you to create the “right” atmosphere or just press a button for one of the pre-defined scenes.
On the entertainment level you can look after guests in the main bar area and listen to the sounds of the 1976 Yamaha Grand Piano. This villa is made for entertaining you and your family or friends.

We can pack your days full of activities, or you can relax by the pool. Take a short drive to one of the many spectacular beaches near-by. Just let us know what you prefer, and we can make it happen.
A chef or cook – available depending upon requirements. Additional housekeeping and a dedicated driver is available upon request.
Keep Fit or Chill at the villa – Chill by the pool or burn some calories on the elliptical and bike in the Games room. Alternatively, take a walk in the National Park right behind the villa.
Why not play some pool and poker in the Games room. Yoga mats are available in each bedroom.
The Beach – Located below Akasha is Cariblue beach. You can walk down a small path or drive, and park at The Body Holiday car park. The Body Holiday is consistantly rated at one of the top all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. They offer a day pass, with fantastic value including drinks, food and use of some water sport facilities.
Golf – The only 18 hole course in St Lucia is 3 minute drive away. This was acquired by Sandals in 2017 but available to the public. We can book tee times for you. The Cabot golf course opens late 2023 and is again within a 5 minute drive of the villa
Scuba Diving – Spectacular day or night dive sites are just off the island, ranging from easy to challenging. Let us arrange your dive with fully qualified PADI instructors.
Hike The Pitons – The iconic Pitons rise majestically 771m from sea level and are a designated a world heritage site. Climbing the pitons can be a great challenge, take a hike with a recognized and knowledgeable local guide. We recommend an early morning hike as the weather can get hot quickly and make it even more challenging.
Boat Trips – The Caribbean Sea is a calm place to enjoy a day (or half day) out on a boat – motorized or sail. Boat trips we organise are all crewed by experienced sailors, keen to show you the best beaches, snorkelling sites, dolphins and much more.
These boat trips can be combined with a visit to the sulphur springs and or mud baths. On the day you can anchor in one of the bays and enjoy a picnic on a beach or dine in one of the many restaurants.
Pigeon Island – This is a 40 acre national park and has a long historical significance for St Lucia. Originally an island but a causeway was built to it in the 1970s. Here the English and French fought many battles. You can still see some of the old fort ruins.
You will also find a small beach ideal for children. In the park there is a great restaurant, Jambe De Bois, suitable for all ages. It is open for lunch and dinner. Just by the entrance of the park you will find numerous local restaurants and bars.
Helicopter Tours – A great way to see the island’s green landscape and its rain forest. Alternatively, you can take the helicopter transfer which not only flies you over the rainforest, it also reduces your transfer time to/from the international airport to the villa.
Zip Lining – There are two sites where you can participate. Both are located in the rainforest. While you are here, take a trek through the rainforest to maximize your enjoyment.
