Our resort style accommodation has four spacious contemporary rooms each with a double spa and en-suite. Newly purpose built single level building provides luxury accommodation with all the creature comforts that you desire. • Each beautifully appointed bedroom has a large en-suite with double spa-bath, separate shower and separate toilet plus a wall heater/towel rail

• Huge guest lounge/dining room with gas log fire and R/C air conditioning that leads to a relaxing alfresco area set in the native forest. Breakfast is outside in the alfresco area in summer

• We provide a gourmet Australian continental breakfast of a choice of fresh fruit juices and hot espresso coffee or a pot of fresh tea, a selection of seasonal fruits, cereals, yoghurts and homemade bread included in the tariff. An optional extra fully cooked breakfast is available based around our free range eggs on homemade toast with grilled bacon or sausages and garnished with herbs from our own garden.

• Complimentary tea or coffee with freshly baked muffins available at any time. Guests also have access to a microwave oven in the lounge room and a communal fridge.

• Each room has a TV and DVD player and the comfortable lounge features a huge 132cm LCD TV with Satellite TV (FOXTEL) and DVD with a fabulous home-theatre sound system.

• Theatre-grade sound proofing throughout the whole building ensuring privacy and comfort.

• Set on 3.5Ha (9acres), serene bush surrounds the B&B. Wildflowers, particularly in spring, are prolific as the region is a biological hot spot and there is plenty of birdlife,. The bush comprises tall Jarrah and Marri trees, lesser amounts of Peppermint trees and Grass trees as well as Persoonia and Jacksonia. The undergrowth is very diverse and dense in places and includes many orchid species.
