We offer a choice of 26 spacious villas of one, two or three bedroom ocean view and 2 bedroom standard and junior suite standard designed to provide you the utmost comfort.

Each villa includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room area, en-suite bathroom in each bedroom, satellite tv, complimentary WiFi, safety deposit box, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Daily maid service is included along with linens, towels, beach towels, ecological bathroom amenities and complimentary drinking water.

Our ocean view villas also have an ample terrace where you can enjoy looking at turquoise ocean while sitting in your relaxing hammock chair or eating at your patio table. Our complex includes adult and kid’s pool, sun beds, rooftop restaurant (open from 7am-9pm for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a pool bar and spa for your relaxing needs.

Included in rate is complimentary usage of WiFi, kayak and snorkel equipment, and continental breakfast buffet (7am to 11am). For your convenience, we have an onsite Concierge that will help you to discover and explore nearby attractions such as Mayan ruins, tours, theme parks (Xcaret, XelHa, Xplor), cenotes, golf courses, diving, etc.

Located in our rooftop and named for its fabulous view of the bay of Akumal Jade, LA VISTA AZUL (“the blue view”) restaurant is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy an exceptional breakfast and lunch..

Our restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7am to 9pm. We also offer pool side service or villa service for drinks, snacks and lunch from 11pm to 6pm.

Additional special services offered by LA VISTA AZUL – BBQ / Private Chef (cooks for you in your villa) / Private romantic dinners in your villa or on the beach with the sea breeze and a private setting. / Dinner for groups / Events: weddings, baptisms, birthdays, family reunions, etc.

Las Villas Akumal is located at around 75 minutes from Cancun Airport, 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 15 minutes from Tulum.
