Guests accesses property through front walk way gate to VillaBelleFleur apartments located on opposite sides of the Villa. Private and quiet against the backdrop of whistling birds in the garden or the wind chimes making soothing relaxing music.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa rented as a 1 bedroom for up to 2 persons maximum or a 2 bedroom for up to 4 persons maximum. Ideally suited for couples or small families.

There is a living/ dining room and kitchen, a small porch opens into the garden area. Different rates are applicable depending on whether 1 or 2 bedrooms rented AND whether regular or peak period.

Garbage receptacle is located to the front of the Villa. Garbage is collected on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, usually before 5 a.m. Guests should place garbage in receptacle in bags overnight. Cover for garbage receptacle must be kept closed at all times.

Gardeners will be on premises every fortnight.
