The Villa Henson – Why this is one of the best… The villa, on our family domain, is approached by a long private drive and is very secluded. St Barts is a very safe island. The land below the villa and to the right (100 acres + !! ) is only occupied by a few sheep – that’s all!

The villas to the left are well hidden. From the Terrace the islands of St Martin, Saba, St Eustache, and the Port of Gustavia are visible. The views and sunsets are “Huge”. The island is small and anywhere is not far away.

Villa Henson is about 70 meters (200 ft) above the Caribbean sea and often in the mornings you can see turtles swimming below. There are no other villasbelow the Villa Henson.

The swimming pool is heated and perfectly placed on the terrace in front of the living room. It is 6 meters by 4 and 1.5 meters deep. The far side is edgeless giving the impression that the sky and the pool are one. On the near side is an underwater bench, just the right height for sitting in the pool and having a cooling drink at the same time. The NEW pool lights can be a variety of mixed
colours!

In addition there is a super 5 person Spa. It’s heated and we love it! An idyllic place to watch the sunsets that take place in front of the villa all year round. There are four very comfortable loungers, table and chairs for outside dining plus a BBQ. Hammocks are there for the ultimate relax.

A large, air-conditioned living room and open plan luxury kitchen open onto the terrace. Free Wifi throughout.

Two fully air-conditioned bedrooms – Available as a one or two bedroomed villa. Both with US Sat TV and Chromecast

The large, airy but also air-conditioned living room, with comfortable loungers and settees, is about 60 m² and comprises :

• A fully fitted kitchen imported from France with blue granite work-tops
  The Sunset Bar
  A guest washroom
  The music and video centre.
  Easy connection to it for your media, iPhone or computer. By Bluetooth or
  direct or use Chromecast for streaming your media to any of the 3
  televisions.
  US satellite TV DISHNETWORK available in all rooms
  Surround sound in the living room with terrace speakers outside
  There are numerous books to read and a few games in the cupboards
  There are two large fully opening doors that lead onto the pool area and
  one more opening onto the parking.

The large terrace has four very comfortable loungers, teak tables and chairs anda BBQ. The covered terrace is in front of the lounge and bedrooms, and hammocks are provided for that little siesta. Terrace speakers make it all perfect. A few beach chairs and some lilos are at your disposition.

The two identical bedrooms are fully air-conditioned both with lovely big shower rooms and each have large double beds.

Both bedrooms and the lounge are NON SMOKING but you can always have a puff on the terrace!

Daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays) and a laundry room (if you need it, please ask) and private parking for several cars. The pool is cleaned twice a week.

The short video below was made in 2010. Since the September 2017 hurricane, much of the furniture, the spa and a few other things have been upgraded.
