Naia Resort and Spa encompasses 19 acres of secluded beachfront & lush landscapes within the private 200-acre Cocoplum Community on Belize’s Placencia Peninsula. The property extends along nearly a mile of palm-studded beach, where 35 beautifully-appointed Beach Houses in casual luxury.

Our Location – We are located within the Cocoplum Resort Community, a 200-acre private reserve situated at Mile 17.5 on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize, just south of Maya Beach and north of Seine Bight village. Naia is a 15-minute drive from Placencia Village and its airstrip.
