Cancellation Policy – Free cancellation up to 07 days prior to arrival / Within 07 days – 100% retention / No-show – 100% retention / Group bookings: 100% retention if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival

Airport Transfer & Reservation

• Distance: Approx. 7 km (10–15 minutes by car)
• Flight details must be shared at least 3 days prior to arrival
• Shared transfer waiting time: Approx. 20–30 minutes
• Private Transfer: USD 20 per way per car (max 4 adults + 2 children)

(Surfboards are not permitted on shared transfers)

** Local couples / local + foreign partner must present a valid marriage certificate upon arrival

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

• Check-In: 14:00 hrs
  • 10:00–13:00 → 25% charge
  • 06:00–10:00 → 50% charge
  • Before 06:00 → 100% charge
• Check-Out: 12:00 hrs
  • 12:00–16:00 → 50% charge
  • 16:00–18:00 → 75% charge
  • After 18:00 → 100% charge
