Heliconia Grove is a Seychellois owned self-catering establishment based in an undisturbed natural habitat in Praslin, Seychelles.
We are home to 8 newly built individual villas which are spread across 13,000 m2 of a well-maintained garden.
1 Bedroom Villa: has a capacity to accommodate a maximum of two person and one child under 8 yrs old on self catering basis.
2 Bedroom Villa: has a capacity to accommodate four adults and two children under 8 years old on self catering basis sleeping on sofa bed.
3 Bedroom Villa: has a capacity of accommodating six person in total on self catering basis.
Heliconia Grove is 100% managed by Seychellois and emphasis is placed on preserving nature’s treasures. Here at Heliconia Grove, the outside surroundings are spacious, ideal for kids’ fun and family BBQs.
All the Heliconia Grove villas are equipped with the most modern eco-friendly cooking facilities. The kitchen and living rooms are totally separate from the air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms which are furnished with king sized beds exquisitely decorated with surrounding mosquito netting.
Except for the 3-bedroom log cabin featuring an immense open verandah, all other villas have their own open-air deck with sun loungers and a “plunge pool” fitted with a UV clarifier to avoid excessive use of chemicals.
The manager and staff will charmingly host you throughout the entire stay and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is memorable.
Heliconia Grove is located at Cote D’or Praslin, the second largest granitic island of the Seychelles archipelago. The grounds include 100 metres of direct access beach frontage on Cote D’or, arguably the safest and one of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin.
Heliconia Grove is easily accessible from Seychelles International Airport by air (15 minutes) or by high speed ferry (60 minutes).
Nearby Attractions: A variety of sea and land activities, restaurants, shops, and banks are within a 10-minute stroll on the un-spoilt pristine Cote D’or Beach. The famed Valle de Mai-World Heritage Site is only a 15-minute drive by car from Heliconia Grove. It is home to the endemic Coco-De-Mer tree and the Black Parrot bird.
