Our beautiful All Inclusive Riviera Maya Resort is divided into 3 luxurious sections:
The Zen Grand Section.
Immersed in the natural environment of the Mayan Jungle, this family-friendly section features 206 elegantly exotic suites, each with over 1000 square feet of space, private terrace and interior Jacuzzi. Business travelers enjoy the proximity of these suites to the convention center, and all guests enjoy the Zen Grand Pool Suite surrounded by lush vegetation in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya.

The Ambassador Section.
This family-friendly area of the resort includes 195 1200+ square foot suites with one King or two Queen beds, a spectacular ocean-view terrace, sitting area, spacious bathroom with interior Jacuzzi, walk-in closet, luxurious amenities and the option of a private plunge pool. These suites are arranged around the main infinity pool, near the Ambassador Section Kid’s Club and gym.

The Exclusive Grand Class Section.
This area of the resort is designed for optimum privacy and relaxation and features 90 1300+ square foot ocean-front suites with exquisite Mexican artwork and spacious lounge area with sofa. Guests enjoy private terraces with plunge pools and incredible ocean views, bath areas with space for massage tables, and interior Jacuzzis. For adults; guests age 12 and over permitted on floors 2 and 3.
