ROOMS – Our 50 rooms provide total comfort, style, and functionality for those looking something a little different. We offer rooms for individuals, families, and groups across several room types.

WASATCH ROOMS – Our Wasatch Rooms have it all: Each room features its own private patio with either a mountain or courtyard view, 300-thread-count sheets, rain shower, music player, one-of-a-kind furniture, and intelligent gear storage. We offer this room in a perfect-for-two, 280-square-foot King, or with two queen beds. We also offer one 710-square-foot studio suite. ADA room available.

RAFTER ROOMS – located in the interior of our building, tucked into vintage trusses. These rooms welcome you with stunning photography, soft lighting and an in-room library. The Rafter Queen was designed to provide you with a cozy sanctuary and features a stoop entrance, plus space for small luggage items. Larger luggage can be stored in our custom-built, secure hallway storage lockers. We also offer Rafter rooms with two queen beds, which are slightly larger and provides ample in-room storage space.

BOULDER ROOMS – Located above the bouldering gym, these rooms offer the ambience of a retro lodge. With thoughtful touches like a peg board as your headboard, figure-8 knots in your lamp wiring, and hang boards in the room, we like to think of this room as a climber’s paradise. ⁠The 300-square-foot room features a King bed, a Queen bed, or two Queen beds, plus polished concrete flooring and a rain shower.

BUNK ROOMS – Spacious and functional for you and your crew, our Bunk Rooms come in two types—the family rooms and the friend rooms. For the 300 square-foot family room, we installed bathtubs instead of showers to make bath time with the kids that much more accessible. For the 300-square-foot friends options, we created a tailgate area so you can have the space to decompress together in your room after a big day.

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS – Our comfortable and convenient ADA Wasatch King Room feature ADA accessible entryways for the room and bathroom, fully ADA compliant bathrooms, roll in shower, a king-sized bed, hi-def television, and original artwork. All public areas including hotel entrance, elevators, hotel room floors, retail spaces and public bathrooms are fully ADA accessible and ADA compliant.

THE CROWN BAR – The Granary District’s newest rooftop bar in Salt Lake City is here. Located on the second floor, features awesome views of the Wasatch Mountains from the third floor rooftop, a curated cocktail menu, local brews, and weekly events. Grab a drink, hit the patio, and gather around the firepit.

CURATOR’S COFFEE – Specialty coffee from local small batch roaster Publik and offer light breakfast options, coffee and tea drinks, and fresh house-made smoothies. Find the signature pink coffee bar in the evo Hotel lobby. Perk up, grab a spot in the lounge, and immerse yourself in our Campus community.

LOUNGES – stylish lounge spaces throughout Campus Salt Lake. Whether getting in a productive work session or hanging around with friends.

SPORT – At Campus Salt Lake, you’ll join a community bonded by a love of the outdoors. Climb at Bouldering Project. Ride at All Together Skatepark. Gear up at evo and Level Nine Sports.

ART – At evo, we’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of art and the outdoors. Each room features the art of a local Salt Lake artist. You’ll also have the chance to visit our gallery space and check out inspiring work from more local artists.
