The House – Casa Avi décor shows off original fine artwork and bespoke furniture, all carefully thought out for the discerning vacationer. All our bathrooms have rain shower head, Turkish gowns, as well as eco friendly bath
products and non toxic sunscreen.

Our fun basket pulley/dumb valet from the upstairs to downstairs kitchen is just one of the unique features that make this house easy living. This beach house is perfect for a romantic couples get-away or more socially fun double-couples vacations. The house is better suited for older children as the trundle single beds are downstairs separate from the main house.

We offer a plethora of boutique services such as kite surfing lessons, diving, deep sea fishing charters, sunset boat cruises, art classes, yoga classes, in house massages, personal chefs and everything in between!

Location – Bodden Town is the historical first capital of the Cayman Islands. The “island” side of Grand Cayman.

​Surrounding Area – Frigates, parrots, exotic lizards and agoutis are just some of the wildlife you will see daily.

We are also located on a turtle nesting beach! They start laying eggs from end of April and hatch about 2 months later.
Our nearby birdwatching hide is located at The Mission House a short 10 minute walk.

A 10 minute drive finds you a small but complete shopping center providing groceries, liquor, hairdressing, gym, pharmacy and a choice of restaurants for dine in and take out
