Caribbean Dawn is located in Mammee Bay Estate close to Ocho Rios town centre. It is a private area of holiday villas and residential homes which has a private beach. Our lovely villa is spacious, comfortable and well presented with good quality furnishings, artworks and plants. It has lots of space that’s perfect for families and friends to share. There’s room for the kids to run around in with enough space for adults too.

Our villa is a short walk to the private beach which has lot of amenities. There is a beach side restaurant and bar, gift shop and changing rooms with shower facilities. The beach is lovely. Caribbean Dawn sits in ¾ acre of gardens planted with mature fruit trees and tropical flowers. It is close to the lively resort town of Ocho Rios with its restaurants, bars and duty free shopping.

Our family helper will take care of all the domestics and our Gardner will keep the grounds looking nice. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with ceiling fan and have protective netting to the windows for your comfort.

There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms which include 2 Master bedrooms:

The whole villa can be rented to accommodate families but each of the Masters can be rented independently for 2 people to share.  Both Master bedrooms have full use of the entire villa and gardens.

The Mahogany master is a large room with A/C, a smart TV, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.  This room has direct access to a pretty courtyard garden.

Bedroom 2 has views over the garden. It is furnished in Bamboo and has a Double bed as well as a Single bed. This room sleep 3 people in comfort and is ideal for children.

Bedroom 3 is furnished in Wicker with a double bed and also looks out to the gardens. These two rooms share the main bathroom of the villa.

The Bamboo master is located at the other end of the villa. It is a large room with A/C, a smart TV, a private kitchenette and en-suite shower room.  This room gives direct access to the Patio where you may want to enjoy breakfast.

• We offer a 20% discount if both master rooms are booked for 7 nights or more. This would be ideal for two couples sharing the villa. (The 7 nights for the cost of 6 does not apply here).
