MILIMA Big 5 Safari Lodge is an all-inclusive 4 star safari lodge. Our local rangers are experts in tracking the animals, thus ensuring that you do have as many amazing safari experiences as possible.

A place with excellent food & drinks, a large pool where you can relax and exciting Game Drives where you will have the opportunity to see The Big Five as well as many other South African wildlife. You can even spot wildlife from the pool area, because it overlooks one of the large nearby waterholes. If you choose to stay in one of the luxurious tents you can see the wildlife at the waterhole from your private terrace.

At the lodge you can pamper yourself with first class gastronomy and a fine selection of South African wine, beers and all other beverages.

MILIMA Big 5 Safari Lodge is situated around 10 km from NYATI Safari Lodge in the very heart of the African bush and were previously a privately owned manor.

Large pool – Just like the wildlife love the two nearby waterholes, our guests love the swimming pool, you have a complete view of one of the nearby waterholes and the wildlife gathering around it.

Enjoy free Big Five Game Drives at MILIMA Safari Lodge – 2 daily Game Drives are included in your stay (depending on your arrival and departure times.)

The Game Drives take you on an exciting drive through the bush in open Jeeps, with your experienced safari guide. There will be stops in some of South Africa’s most beautiful viewpoints in order for you to stretch your legs.

Due to the fact that MILIMA Safari Lodge is situated in a private corner of the well known Kruger National Park, we always have very good chances of spotting the “Big Five”: “Big 5” is a traditional hunters’ way of describing lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes.

When game driving in the afternoon, we stop for refreshments and watch the beautiful sunset. Back at the lodge you will have time to relax before pre-dinner drinks in the bar.

Bush Walks – in the company of our experienced rangers.

Experience all the smaller things around the lodge, and learn more about the local flora and fauna.

When walking you have a more intense experience, and should you encounter some of the larger animals like elephants, buffalos, rhinos etc, we are sure you will always remember the experience as outstanding.

Bush walks are optional and extra charge, please place your reservation at the front desk

A gastronomic experience – all meals and drinks are included. Our cooks serve supreme meals of international and South African dishes.

For lunch and dinner you will have a starter, and then for the main course a selection of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes followed by a delicious dessert. With a wide selection of the best South African wines, beer, juices or soda.

Airport transfers to/from MILIMA – your preferred airport to MILIMA and back again.
