The location on the calm Caribbean makes it the best location for water sports activities. There is snorkeling at the natural reef and there are adjacent water sports as well as the availability of diving via a PADI dive shop. The charming Sunset Cafe restaurant, Dock bar at water’s edge and lovely tiled pool are oceanfront and more than 75% of the rooms are ocean view.
All accommodations have daily maid service, air conditioning, premium package cable TV, wireless internet access, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, alarm clock and telephone. Most rooms have either king or queen beds; studios and suites have full kitchens and living/dining areas.
The deluxe one bedroom suites contain remodeled “Kittitian Rainforest” showers and newly remodeled stainless steel kitchens with granite counter tops..
All but the mountain view rooms have spacious balconies or patios with a dinette set and comfortable chaise lounges for viewing the gorgeous Caribbean sunset and new Royal St. Kitts Golf Course. Mountain view rooms have small balconies from which adorable vervet monkeys are frequently sighted frolicking on the back lawn.
The new 18 hole Royal St. Kitts Golf Course is nearby within Frigate Bay and the proshop is 1 mile away. The Atlantic beach is a short 5-7 minute walk away.
