Welcome to Ecuador! To this 109 years old Spanish Style Hacienda that has been in the Cruz Lopez family for four generations. That is call La Jimenita Wildlife Reserve or as we like to call it our little piece of heaven.

We are in Quito, in the county of Pifo that is away from the noise and the busy life of the city. Here you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets, have contact with nature, rest and relax in a private reserve with top quality service.

La Jimenita’s rooms are comfortable and luxurious, beautifully decorated with family antiques and with a mix of modern finishes The majestic mountains and volcanoes of our beloved Ecuador have inspired the names of our rooms.
We have double twin, king size, or single full size bedrooms laid out in two different levels of the hacienda; all elegant to the last detail with an premium level of comfort and personalized service that will make you feel at home. The rooms have a cozy, familiar and relaxing experience surrounded by beautiful gardens and landscapes.
Our decoration plays off rich carpets, family paintings, flowing curtains and rustic furniture such as desks, armoires, tables and sofas. All of our rooms have beautiful vintage furniture, with orthopedic and modern mattresses, pillow protectors, 300 thread count cotton sheets, with cotton lining, selected carpets, modern bathrooms with vertical hydro jets shower (not a Jacuzzi or bath tub), wireless internet, hair dryer and upon request a personalized wake up nock for early departures.
*Please note that none of our rooms have TV, if needed the Hacienda has a social area with HDTV and international channels. We do not have TV’s because we promote a place for you to relax, share and socialize in our cozy living rooms with chimneys, all surrounded by nature.
