1. How do I register with Crewconnected.com?
a. The Register button is on the right side at the top near the boat, next choose the Crewconnected.com Registration area.
b. Fill in the simple form, Choose your login details, Crew details, profile and image! (if you have one) go to step 2.
c. Input the company(s) you work and have worked for, country and dates ? You are now registered!
2. How do I login (only when your have registered previously)?
a. Login can be found top right side above the boat, then choose Crewconnected.com Login and input your email address and password.
3. What if I have forgotten my password?
a. Login can be found top right side above the boat, then choose Crewconnected.com Login and choose the Forgotten your password, click here and your new password will be sent to your email address.
4. What am I able to do when registered?
a. You can post and reply to our forums, send and receive emails via our Find a Crew Friend.
b. Book accommodation online (according to eligability)
5. How do I send messages?
a. Initially you must be logged in, You can search Via company or surname. All searches are interactive and if you search by company you can browse the list of registrants, if you browse by surname, crewconnected will show the listing of that particular person, either options offer you the ability to view profile and send a message, so go ahead!
6. How can I recieve my messages?
a. Login can be found top right side above the boat, then choose Crewconnected.com Login and input your email address and password, This will take you to My Account here you can view messages.
7. How can I edit my details
a. Login can be found top right side above the boat, then choose Crewconnected.com Login and input your email address and password, This will take you to My Account, here you will find two options:

8. How do I add/change my photograph?
a. From your Computer
1. Click the Browse icon. A Choose file window will appear
2. In the Look in select the appropriate file to store the image from the drop down tile
3. Check that the image is in .jpeg format, the file must be Types: JPG or PNG, size: 200kb+
4. Double click on the image. The image will automatically upload and save changes.
From the Internet
1. Right click the mouse on the picture you want to upload, check that the image is in .jpeg format, the file must be Types: JPG or PNG, size: 200kb +
2. Select save picture as? From the menu shown
3. Click Save in a file that you are familiar with
4. Save image to a file you are familiar with and upload the picture as per from your Computer and save changes.
